How to check if the website is down
Checking status of the website
To review any reported outages for any services, you must be connected to an Internet connection to begin.
*NOTE: If certain services are down due to regular maintenance, we do not report such to our outage tool.
- Go to cognitostat.info
- Under the PayFoneMap section, review the colour/phrase indicating the current status of each of our services.
- Checking = updating current status (Yellow)
- NORMAL = service is operating normally (Green)
- DOWN = service(s) are currently unavailable (Red)
